All details are automatically entered into eraPower’s systems, removing the need to re-key data and potential errors.
On the spot check-in
Greet and check in customers as they enter. There’s no need for customers to go to the service desk or queue.

All customer details, including service and recall history, can be viewed and updated on the Service Concierge app.
