Our journey
The Pentana Solutions R.I.T.C.H. Foundation was established in 2003 by Pentana Solutions employees to give back to the wider Pentana Community.
Our registered charity has helped over 50 employees and families, as well as worked with CEO Sleepout, Bali Children’s Foundation, Pete’s Auto, Thailand association of the blind, New Horizon Italy charity, and Hospido to name a few. Since inception, we’ve proudly raised over $250,000 for impactful causes.
Our goals
We support communities, charities and individuals experiencing hardship, that are connected to the Pentana Solutions community, with the aim of improving the social and public welfare of people in need.
We hope our colleagues and their families will never need the support of the R.I.T.C.H. Foundation, but know we are here to give our community help to get through difficult times if needed. All Pentana Solutions’ employees are eligible to nominate themselves, a family member, a friend or a charitable business. We also partner with our business clients.

Who benefits
Who can we help?
R.I.T.C.H. Foundation can give to our community by giving:
- Money and goods to people experiencing hardship.
- Teaching software and hardware to students and schools that have been disadvantaged.
- Financial assistance to people as a result of health issues or other financial circumstances.
Nominees must be an individual in need, a small charity or business that gives to the local community and connected directly or indirectly to Pentana Solutions.
Please note that Sporting Clubs are not accepted as nominees.
