Steve has spearheaded numerous projects and initiatives within the company, steering its direction and culture, and leading international expansions and growth through acquisition. His leadership style is characterised by collaboration, openness, inclusivity, and a can-do attitude.
He is visionary in guiding Pentana Solutions into the future, with strong listening skills and effective communication. In addition to his roles at Pentana Solutions, Steve is actively involved in various organisations such as the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Australian Automotive Dealer Association, and the National Automobile Dealers Association with contributions and recognitions spanning far beyond the automotive industry. Steve’s community involvement includes participation in philanthropic activities through organisations like Igniting Change, Bailley’s Day, and various other causes. He serves on the boards of committees within and outside Pentana Solutions, including PareX, YPO Executive Committees, Social Garden, Penagri, and Urban Ethos.
His approach to strategic decision-making is underpinned by an inquisitive nature and listening skills. He constantly challenges the norms and emphasises collaboration to achieve outcomes followed by execution to the highest level.
