From Managers to Leaders: Celebrating the Achievements of Pentana Solutions’ 2024 Graduates

At Pentana Solutions, we actively support the ongoing development of our global employees throughout the organisation via GROW – our Learning and Development framework.

Under this framework, numerous resources are accessible to everyone at Pentana Solutions and include:

  • Instructor-led in-house programs that have been internationally recognised
  • eLearning platform enabling access to curated and created content
  • Role-specific pathways and certifications
  • Knowledge Hour sessions
  • External industry expert presenters, and much more.

Since 2022, we have offered a management development program titled ‘From Managers to Leaders,’ which aligns with our cultural strategy and Pentana’s ongoing commitment to developing our people.

Through a series of sessions and workshops, the curriculum for the class of 2024 contained contemporary subjects that supported the development of our new and existing managers and team leaders and equipped them with knowledge and practical tools to become better leaders. Here’s a look at the program highlights for the Managers to Leaders class of 2024:

Key Highlights:

  • Global Sessions & Workshops: Following 360-degree reviews, participants attended numerous workshops universally suitable for the global audience, covering topics such as motivation and engagement, effective feedback, recruitment, and innovative problem-solving to name a few.
  • Coaching: Participants were coached in a small group by the facilitator, providing personalised guidance and support throughout the program.
  • Networking: The program also served as a vehicle for networking. Various sessions saw people from different regions and departments working together, fostering connections, and creating a supportive community of future leaders.

Achievements:

  • Skill Development: Participants and their managers (people leaders) reported significant improvements in their leadership capabilities, with many advancing their leadership roles within Pentana since the program was first introduced.
  • Real-life Scenarios: Participants workshopped various live scenarios addressing real organisational challenges, immediately applying their newly acquired skills to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Innovative Universal Solutions: The group discussions and knowledge sharing resulted in innovative and universal solutions that can be implemented within various departments, demonstrating the practical impact of the program.
  • Community Building: The program has cultivated a strong network of alumni who continue to support each other’s growth and development.
