Last year, we commenced our Torque Customer Feedback Program. At that time, we introduced our interview survey globally in which our Account Managers met with Decision Makers to ask a series of questions that will help us improve.

The key question in the survey is “Would you recommend Pentana Solutions?” with last year’s response being that 73% of the respondents said “yes”.

Our commitment to provide feedback in a timely manner and provide regular updates on new products and solutions is vitally important to our value proposition. As we enter our second year of the Torque Decision Maker Survey, Pentana Solutions is delighted to share with you a few of the innovations developed, some of which are direct result of survey feedback. A breakdown of these innovations based on the type of Dealer Management System is shown below:

Other improvements we have made that will help you run your businesses more efficiently and assist you in utilising your Pentana Solutions’ products better include:

  1. XT Attachment API: Enhanced features that help businesses take advantage of existing attachment capabilities including attachment validation, file naming and location, and excel file upload
  2. Barcode Scanners on Compact Client: The traditional RF scanning process has been enhanced to run on XT Compact Client web version
  • Pentana Cloud | SD-WAN –Simplifies the way networks are designed, deployed and managed. It provides powerful capabilities that increase the agility of IT teams whilst simultaneously reducing running costs
  • Business Relationship Managers (BRM’s) and Project Top Gear – The program has been very well received since its launch in 2017, we have now also introduced this program in the Philippines to support your businesses by understanding and addressing opportunities that will help improve functionality at your dealerships
