We are delighted to share a results summary of our TORQUE Decision Maker Survey, completed by our customers on a bi-annual basis. As this survey was first launched in Feb 2019, this is our first year-on-year comparison. We are very pleased to announce that the results have improved across all areas of our business globally.
In summary, we have seen the following global improvements:
- Globally, 84% of our customers said they would recommend us, that is a 10% increase from our last survey
- A significant 80% increase in “How innovative is Pentana Solutions?”

Our Survey Results by Region
In Australia and New Zealand, we have seen:
77% of our customers said they would recommend us.
This is a 10% increase on our customer satisfaction rating in 2019.
In Asia, we have seen:
86% of our customers said they would recommend us.
86% and 82% customer satisfaction with our Product Installation team and Help Desk team respectively.
And finally in Europe, we have seen:
97% of our customers said they would recommend us.
380% increase in the response to ‘How Innovative is Pentana Solutions’.
Other Survey Results
We have also completed two product related surveys early this year, with the following results:
- 91% of our DealerSocket customers said they would recommend us
- 86% of our PareX/ediX customers said they would recommend us
