With these courses available online via your web browser, learning can now be completed at home, or where the user can find a quiet moment during the day.

Since course repetitions are unlimited, users can learn at their own pace. If someone is struggling to understand, they can complete a course again. Users are also required to pass a quiz before successfully completing a course, to ensure knowledge has been retained.

In addition, online learning removes reliance on having an additional team member available to conduct training. This saves the dealership time, cost and improves staff productivity. Finally, an online structured learning program ensures that all employees are being trained to the same high standards. This allows managers to have a baseline expectation of employee capabilities from which they can grow.
