We are delighted to share a results summary of our most recent TORQUE Decision Maker Survey. As you may know, we conduct these surveys on a bi-annual basis. If you have missed out on our latest updates since our last survey, read more here.

Globally, we can see improvement across all areas of our business with the following results:

  • 83% of our customers said they would recommend us in 2021.
  • 100% of our DealerSocket customers said they would recommend us.

The following graph provides a year-on-year comparison of our global satisfaction results by ERP:

SURVEY RESULTS BY REGION

In Australia and New Zealand:

  • 76% of our customers in ANZ said they would recommend us.
  • This is a 15% increase on our customer satisfaction rating since 2019 when the TORQUE survey program was launched.

In Asia:

  • 86% of our customers in Asia said they would recommend us.
  • 82% were satisfied with our Asia sales team.

And finally in Europe:

  • 98% of our customers in Europe said they would recommend us, a 10% increase from the previous year.
  • 98% and 95% customer satisfaction with our Sales and Account Management teams respectively.

“We were impressed (after our server incident) with the work that was done to quickly migrate us to the cloud. The speed and level of support through this process has been excellent.”

“Would really like to receive news on new ideas and functionality. True innovation! Very interested to engage in discussions with other customers to consider new ideas and functionality for the current and future system.”

“When some problems have occurred with the relationship, Pentana have handled this very well especially in the customer relationship area.”

PRODUCT RELATED SURVEY RESULTS

We have also completed two product related surveys as part of the TORQUE Customer Feedback Program, with the following results:

  • 100% of our DealerSocket customers said they would recommend us.
  • 93% of our Sipad.X customers said they would recommend us.
