Pentana Solutions’ Franchise recalls seamlessly integrate the Franchises’ database into the eraPower Dealer Management System (DMS), alerting the user that the vehicle concerned has an outstanding recall or campaign. This ensures you have accurate and timely data about recalls that the Franchise has initiated. Without this integration, each vehicle would need to be checked manually, outside the DMS.
