Due to the ever increasing demand in the New Zealand (NZ) market for Dealer Management Systems (DMS), we would like to announce the appointment of two new key team members at Pentana Solutions. These roles are essential to our future goals in growing the suite of products within the NZ market and increasing the ability to help kiwi businesses thrive in the way of efficiencies, profitability, growth, and automation.

Mark Scott has been appointed Business Development Manager and comes from a strong background in both automotive retail and distribution with his most recent role coming from ATECO NZ. Mark brings with him 14 years of experience within the industry, with extensive experience in all departments including sales, operations, aftersales, and warranty. Mark says, “I’m looking forward to building strong and lasting relationships with dealers across the country, and finding ways to add value to your business operations.”

Alex Simpson-Smith is a welcome addition to the ever expanding installation team bringing with her a wealth of experience from working within several NZ dealerships. She is an experienced service advisor/team leader and fully appreciates the pressures of both the parts and service departments. Alex has been working with our new customers assisting with improving understanding and utilisation of our core DMS and the many associated apps such as Service Concierge and Loan Car. Where needed, she has also guided service departments to become more efficient.
